More Organized Forum?

I'd hate for us to make another forum again, but if you don't mind me saying, it's very unorganized. I might be a little OCD or something but it's just a absolute pain to surf through the forum! You can't tell which threads are members only and which are available to the public. I'd like to contribute to making a better forum, is that possible?

check out that, this is cm|CubicMatters forum for this game. I'm not a member of cm but as a registered user, it is so easy to navigate through their forum. I'd like to make a forum like this for us.
